Director of Pricing with growing biotech company

A young exciting biotech company is adding a new position to help prepare them for their first product launch.  They will be launching their drug, which is an orphan product, this year.  They have 4 other products in various clinical stages so they have room to grow into the foreseeable future.  My client is publicly traded and well funded.

My client is adding a brand new position to their team so there is no legacy to inherit and you will have the opportunity to build the position from scratch.  The role will be focused on pricing and analytics.  The product will be paid primarily through commercial payers and government payers and there is a special pharmacy/distributor component to the role as well.

The position will be the primary contact for their Specialty Providers and will manage their government pricing calculations and reporting. You would work very closely with their financing department and account management team.  The Account Management collaboration will focus on pull through initiatives to insure the patients have access to the product.
