Field based commercial payer and provider oriented role with medical device company
Chronic pain is very tough to live with. I was in a car accident years ago and I’ve suffered 2-3 times a year with weeks long back pain. Chronic pain is always there and its brought tears to my eyes because not only does it hurt but there is no relief from it.
A medical device client of mine has an out patient product and procedure to alleviate a cause of chronic back pain. The other option on the market is an invasive procedure with a long recovery time. They have their own code and coverage from CMS but this role is primarily focused on educating and problem solving with their providers as well as work with commercial payers for coverage.
The product has been on the market for years and they have excellent clinical data. It is a great role with a growing company which has established products.
The position can be based in CA, AZ, OR, NV, WA, UT, CO or IL, MN, WI, MI, MO.
They are open to someone with a pharmaceutical background if they have experience working with commercial payers.
