Medical Device Market Access Role in South San Francisco-Position has been filled.

An established medical device company in the Bay Area is adding a Sr. Manager position to their team.  They have grown significantly in the last few years and, due to their pipeline of products, will continue to do so. They have won “Great Place to Work” and “Best Performing Stock” awards recently as well.

This position is varied but will essentially focus on providing market access strategies for a few of their products.  Those products lead the therapeutic space they are in and the goal is to keep those products leading their market.

The role will have four essential functions:

  1.  Develop health economic, market access and reimbursement strategies to maintain a leadership position, adapt to changing business conditions and market intelligence as it pertains to coding, coverage and payment for their products.
  2. Create a training program for internal use with the sales, clinical and marketing teams as well as develop training and educational programs for customers and payers.
  3. Develop materials and collateral to educate C-level decision makers on the health economics of the company’s products.
  4. Present health economic and reimbursement information to payers and customers.
