A young biotech company is building out its field payer team. They are publicly traded, the stock is doing well and their clinical data is very strong. The product has other indications in the pipeline along with one other product in their portfolio. The positions would “own” their territory and would be responsible for C-level discussions with hospital systems, surgeons and providers to provide coding and health economic information about their product as well as work with both government and commercial payers to gain coverage policies.
The product solves a challenging problem and is an alternative to a product with significant side effects. It is something the market see has value as their stock has been rising.
This is a great opportunity to build the position and not inherit any legacies. The manager is looking for self sufficient individuals who can develop their strategy and execute on it with no micro-managing.
The positions can be based on the West Coast, Central, Midwest and Northeast areas.
