The Role:

This position will be responsible for providing strategic market access and payer marketing strategy for a line of novel oncology compounds in the solid tumor segment.  Specific duties include working collaboratively with the Account Management team to gain payer insights and trends, assisting in the development of the overall managed care strategy, keeping an eye on the overall reimbursement landscape and providing qualitative analysis .

This is a high profile role requiring the ability to influence internal and external customers and working very closely with other departments within the organization. The rapidly expanding organization means there are significant opportunities for career development and advancement.

Requirements needed to be successful
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
5-10 years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience in the managed care or market access space. This experience can be a combination of in-house managed care marketing and field based payer relations experience.
Part B or specialty drug experience.
Strong ability to influence internal and external customers and communicate strategic ideas.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
