An opportunity to build the team you’ve always wanted


A great role is open with a young medical device company. They are launching a first-in-class medical device and looking for a VP of Market Access who will be initially focused on developing payer strategy and then building a national accounts and regional accounts payer team.  The company has the health economic and clinical trial data and the payer strategy development has begun.  This role will fine-tune the strategy, build the team and begin to work with payers to gain coverage policies.

The product is first in class and meets an unmet need.  The payer strategy is pretty straightforward and will not involve pricing the product out of reach.

My client is looking for experience developing a launch strategy, building out payer teams and then adapting payer strategy once launched.

The position can be based anywhere in the US.  The compensation is very competitive and involves equity.
