An established medical device is building out a field reimbursement team to support the products in their fastest growing division. There are 3 positions across the U.S.A and preferably based in California, New York/New Jersey and Florida. There may be some flexibility if a great candidate lives close to those locations.
The position will be focused on educating providers and back office staff on coding, troubleshooting coding issues, and serving as the main point of contact with coverage issues. The therapeutic area is in the oncology space and oncology experience would be a big plus. The company culture is fantastic, they weathered the COVID crisis very well and made no significant changes to their employee count.
The manager has a very hands off approach and has excellent people and management skills.
