A brand new position is being created with a young biotech company. Their product meets an unmet need, is first in class with a fairly large market. They are publicly traded and the stock is near its all time high. The position is the first reimbursement role in the company and they need someone to develop the provider support strategy, create the education approach and then assist in hiring out the remaining reimbursement team. This will be the senior reimbursement role and a great chance to move into management. The role can be based on the East Coast or in the Midwest.
My client is looking for someone who has developed support strategies for new products and have launched a new product into the marketplace.
The compensation is competitive with a strong base salary, bonus, stock options and company car.
