An established company is developing their market access team and has a need for a Director of Market Access. The company is based on the East Coast and this position can be based anywhere in the country.
Their product has been on the market for over 8 years and has annual sales of $100,000,000. The FDA has reclassified their product to a biologic so they are in the transition phase of their product and will need to develop a market access strategy.
The short term goal for the position will be to develop evidence from papers already published to develop an economic and payer story. They are starting a randomized clinical trial and the information you develop will be used in the short term until the trial is complete. As the evidence from the RCT is complete, this position will then use the information for a payer strategy and begin to execute on it.
